Other Cities / Remote Areas:
Estimated delivery within 4–7 working days, depending on courier coverage and accessibility.
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected during public holidays, sales, or extreme weather conditions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan through Leopards, M&P, and TCS.

If you fail to accept the order without a valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered with, please do not accept it and immediately contact our support team at xotic.business.online@gmail.com and whatsapp at 0334-5756865 with your order details and photos of the issue.
In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the matter and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon stay tuned for updates on our website and social media.
